Cheltenham membership FAQs

Membership for the 2023-2024 season are now available to renew.

You can do this by the following:

• Online by logging into your personal membership account,
• Returning the form that was recently posted to you and returning by post with a cheque
• Over the phone with one of the team on 01242 537662.

Our offices are open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

This can be purchased online. If you are purchasing an age restricted membership please be prepared to provide photo ID. You can also purchase membership over the phone by calling 01242 537662.

We do ask for an enrolment fee of £100 for membership (full annual memberships), £75 (excluding Festival) and £25 (Seniors). There is no enrolment fee for 18-28 members.

Membership packs are available to collect from the course on racedays from the membership desk in the Hall of Fame, please make sure you bring your ID. Please let the team know when purchasing your membership.

It is likely that we do not have your correct email address, to ensure we have your correct details please include this on your application form or check this with us over the phone. Or you may have opted out of receiving information from us, you can check this and opt-in anytime on your online account with us or you can call us and we will check your details.

For clarity, bookmakers may of course continue to accept cash at their own discretion, discussions are currently taking place between the Racecourse Association and betting operators as to the extent that bookmakers can increase their level of cashless transactions.

In order to protect our employees and customers from the requirement to handle cash following the Covid pandemic, all admissions and food and drink transactions will continue to be cashless at the racecourse.

Members will continue to receive parking included within their membership packs but please note this does not include The Festival. The following options are available to purchase for The Festival or as an upgrade on their standard members parking.

• Unreserved members parking for the Festival is available for £50.

We will be offering reciprocals this year to other Jockey Club racecourses, as well as a limited number of other racing and sporting venues.
